Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• Here at N’SavonArt we prepare soap orders based on demand. After an order has been placed through out online store we will prepare and ship the order within 1-5 business days.
• All order shipments are done using United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to the 50 states and United States territories. At this moment, we do not ship to international destinations.
• Shipments will be sent to the address provided. It is important to provide the correct address for shipments. We will not be responsible for any issues related to incorrectly provided address information. We cannot credit orders shipped to a wrong address due to customer error.
• Once an order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent to the provided email address with shipping information and tracking number.
• After the order has been shipped and handed to USPS, N’SavonArt has no control over the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS.
• If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, USPS provides insurance on the package. You can submit a claim to USPS via https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If damaged, please take pictures of the package. We can assist in providing the necessary tracking information for the claim.
